Who we are

What we collect

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how this site is used — for example, which pages are visited and on what kind of device. It runs only if you accept it in the cookie notice; choose Decline and no analytics cookies are set. When enabled, it sets cookies in your browser and may process technical data such as your IP address. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We do not use marketing or tracking pixels, and we do not collect your name, email, or phone number unless you contact us directly (e.g. by email).

Cookies and browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) are used only to keep the site working — for example, to remember that you have confirmed you are of legal drinking age (key: vb_age_ok). That value stays in your browser; it is never sent to us.

Third-party services

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used. Google processes this data on our behalf and may set cookies; see the Google Privacy Policy . You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on .

Google Fonts. The site loads the „Cormorant Garamond" typeface from Google Fonts. When the font request is made, Google may log your IP address and browser metadata. See the Google Privacy Policy .

Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. For security and delivery, Cloudflare may briefly process your IP address. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy .

Retention

As we do not actively collect personal data on this site, retention only applies to anything you send us by email. We keep that as long as needed to answer your request, or as required by law (up to 3 years).

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:

  • request access to the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • request erasure or restriction of processing;
  • object to processing;
  • lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).

Age verification

Under Lithuanian law, alcohol-related marketing is allowed only to adults aged 20 or over. On entry, you are asked to confirm your age. The confirmation is stored only in your own browser — we do not receive it.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the site, and the date at the top of this page will be updated.
